The story
Your manifest has a line at the top level that rush does not recognize. Here is the situation. The manifest dot rush file has a schema, a short list of names that are allowed at the top: public, requires, leafs, sql, and rush, plus the domain and config calls. Anything else is not part of the language of the manifest. In the past, rush simply ignored unknown names. That sounds friendly, but it created a nasty trap: a typo such as pubic instead of public would not fail. It would silently make a project that exposed nothing, with a different meaning from what you intended. So now rush refuses by name, before it parses any source file. And it helps you: it shows the lawful list, and the nearest lawful name. Writing pubic gets you a suggestion of public. The fix is to correct the spelling, or remove the line if it was never meant for the manifest. A manifest that says exactly what you wrote is a manifest you can trust.
