The story
You put a project's identity in a place where only a machine's identity belongs. Here is why that is refused. Rush has two kinds of identifiers that look alike: both are sixty-four hex digits. A project ID answers the question: which software is this? A node ID answers a different question: which computer is allowed to reach it? A permission in your manifest answers only the second question. It says who may knock on the door, not what kind of program they run. This was weighed explicitly as a design question, and the answer is no. So if an item in your perm list is this engine's own project ID, rush refuses it by name, even though it would pass as a plain sixty-four digit string. Otherwise it would be easy to believe you had granted access to a piece of software when you had granted it to nobody. Replace that item with the node ID of the computer you mean to allow, and the grant says what you intended.
