The story
You tried to reboot or resurrect a process that is really an operating system program, and rush explained why it cannot. Here is the difference. A rush process, one made from a function, has a script that is walked and a parsed shape that lives in memory. So you can reboot it, which means walk the script again, or resurrect it, which means parse it again. But a process started with argv is different. It owns an operating system child, a program that is not made of RushScript. There is no walk to repeat and no parsed residency to rebuild. Rush could have done something else and called it a reboot, but then the word would lie. So it refuses by name, showing the action and the gtrID. What can you do with such a child? Stop pauses it. Kill and vanish end it, and retire the thread that owned it, and only for your own children. Say you spawned a long-running program and want it started over. The fix is to kill it, then spawn a new one. A clean start, with honest words.
