Error message
In the message, %s marks a value that the engine fills in when it raises the error.
The story
Your manifest sets the same dimension twice, and the database underneath said no. Here is what happens at load time. Every setting in your config call becomes a small record in a private sulfur store, one record per dimension, and sulfur allows only one record under each name. That is its own rule, rush adds no second checker on top. So if you wrote the same word twice, once with one value, and again further down, perhaps with a different value, perhaps even the same one, the second record collides with the first, and sulfur refuses it. The load stops right there. The principle is simple: one project, one value per dimension. If two lines disagreed, which one would be the truth? Rush will not pick for you. The message names the line, shows both declarations, and quotes sulfur's own sentence. The fix is to decide which value you want, delete the other declaration, and load again. After that, your configuration has one voice.
